The weapon you chose from the sitting room was the rope. You try to tie the rope onto the windowsill but the knot doesn’t carry your weight and you fall to the ground and are knocked unconscious. Alice ties bed sheets to the windowsill, drapes them down, and uses the blade of her hatchet to gracefully slow her descent. She then brutally chops you to pieces with her hatchet.
By the way, if it was never an option to flee this mansion throughout the entire story, why would it suddenly work now?
